The air has gotten crisper. I will have to catch the stray cat, that I have been feeding, and pass it onto the local "SPCA." I really do want to keep it but I haven't told my partner yet. Perhaps if they have no room for it, then I can keep it! We already took in three strays, would a fourth matter? :) (smile)
For this day, I asked what type of meditation do you prefer. There are the Guided Meditations (like the ones I have in my course My World Rocks) or silent ones where you watch your thoughts travel by in your mind. I have done both but I think I prefer is the silent one. I took a Ziva Meditation course by Emily Fletcher, and loved it. The course prepared me for meditating two times a day for a minimum of 15 minutes. I really enjoy meditating a great deal. With that said, I want to get back up to doing it twice a day.
