Explore the CLASSES that were created with you in mind.No Experience Needed
Come exactly as you are. You do not need to know how to draw, paint or make “good art” to take part.
Art for Self-Expression, Calm & Joy
Creativity can give us space to slow down, process what we are carrying, reconnect with ourselves and make room for moments of lightness and play.
Guided by the Reclaim & Rise Method™
My classes gently weave together art, reflection, wellness and connection to help you ground, express, reconnect and grow.
How the Classes Came to Be
After experiencing illness, chronic pain, grief and some very difficult seasons in my own life, art became much more than something I taught.
Art became one of the ways I found my way back to myself.
That belief sits at the heart of everything I create.

Find a Class That Meets You Where You Are
There is no one right way to begin.
You may want to learn a new art technique, create something meaningful, explore gratitude, work with affirmations or simply spend a few quiet minutes making something with your hands.
Choose the class that feels right for you in this season.

Spring Into Creation
Arrive. Feel. Play. Become.
Spring Into Creation is an invitation to awaken your creativity and reconnect with the energy of possibility.
Through art, reflection, play and meaningful conversation, you’ll explore what it means to emerge from one season of life and gently step into another.
There is room here for experimentation, imperfection and discovery.
Perfect for you if: you’re ready for renewed creative energy, connection and a fresh beginning.
Fall Into Gratitude
Gratitude That Makes Room for the Hard Things, Too.
You do not have to be grateful for the difficult things in your life to practise gratitude while you’re living through them.
Fall Into Gratitude is a 60-page digital guide and 45-day gratitude journey created especially with women navigating illness, pain, grief and difficult seasons in mind.
Through prompts, reflection, affirmations, creative activities and seasonal practices, you’ll gently notice what is still here — without pretending the hard things aren’t.
The difficult day and the beautiful sky.
The grief and the memory that made you smile.
The pain and the tiny moment of comfort.
There is room for both.
Perfect for you if: traditional gratitude practices have sometimes felt forced and you want a gentler, more compassionate approach.
Why Art?
I spent more than 25 years teaching art, and one thing I have learned again and again is this:
You do not have to call yourself an artist to benefit from making art.
Art is not only about technique, talent or creating something worthy of hanging on a wall.
Sometimes art gives us a place to put what we are carrying.
It can help us slow down. Notice. Reflect. Express. Play. Remember. Breathe.
Through some of the hardest seasons of my own life, art became more than something I taught.
It became one of the ways I found my way back to myself.
That belief sits at the heart of every class I create.

This Isn’t About Making Perfect Art
You do not need expensive supplies.
You do not need natural talent.
You do not need to keep up with anyone else.
And you definitely do not need to create something perfect.
You are invited to experiment, scribble, paint, journal, layer, play, make a mess and change your mind.
Because the finished piece is not always the most important part.
Sometimes what happens inside you while you are creating matters more than what ends up on the page.
Messy is welcome here.
The Reclaim & Rise Method™
My classes are rooted in the Reclaim & Rise Method™, a gentle framework that brings together creativity, reflection, wellness and connection.
ROOT
Ground. Breathe. Begin.
We begin by slowing down and creating space to arrive exactly as we are.
REVEAL
Feel. Thrive. Release.
Art gives us another language for emotions, experiences and stories that may be difficult to put into words.
RECLAIM
Remember. Create. Thrive.
We reconnect with creativity, curiosity, joy and parts of ourselves that may have been pushed aside.
RISE
Grow. Connect. Ripple.
As we become more connected to ourselves, we can carry that creativity, compassion and hope into our relationships and communities.
We create. We reconnect. We rise.
Come As You Are
Maybe it has been twenty years since you picked up a paintbrush.
Maybe someone once told you that you were not artistic.
Maybe your body does not always cooperate.
Maybe grief has changed your ability to concentrate.
Maybe you are tired.
Or maybe you simply miss making things.
You are still welcome here.
There is no race to finish, no comparison and no expectation that your work needs to look like anyone else’s.
Your only job is to begin.

Make Art. Feel Better.
Sometimes creating does not change what is happening around us.
But it can change the way we move through it.
A little more grounded.
A little more connected.
A little more ourselves.
