I believe everyone should do this every day, in fact, a few times a day. This wellness technique helps us to stop, breathe, and examine how we are feeling at that moment. Often we are so busy with our work that we forget to come back to centre. What is 'coming back to centre?' It means finding that spot where you are relaxed and at peace with things...yes, things can be better, but you can find yourself a moment of quiet. Find that moment and take a deep breathe and check in how you are doing. And do this a few times a day.
