Today's #TuesdayToolsAndTechniques is a continuation from last Tuesday. Last week i showed you burnishing with a white pencil crayon on top of another colour. This week, I am taking a coloured pencil crayon and burnishing on top of another colour. The key to this is to pick your burnishing colour (the colour you are colouring on top of another colour) is a lighter colour compared to the first colour on the paper. I love seeing the new colours appear!!
