Today, I’m so excited to share Part 3 of Abstract Stencil Magic, a video that's perfect for beginner artists and busy women who are seeking mindful, nourishing creativity.

What We Created Together

In this final step, I worked in my trusty Ohuhu Mixed Media Coil Book (10"x7.6", 120lb/200gsm), starting with a taped border to keep everything crisp and clean.

The focus for today was on the third and final stage:

• The Foundational Layer (lines, shapes, and colors)

• The Mixed Media Layer (watercolor lifting, acrylic stenciling)

• The Detailing Layer (where we pull it all together)

✨ NEW this session:
I did something I had never tried before — I added watercolor directly on top of the acrylic stencil layer! I also played with stippling techniques and layered more watercolor on acrylic... and to my delight, a heart naturally formed in the paint! #iseehearts 💖
