Meet Your Guide
I’m Barbara Lynn Burns — an Art Teacher of 25+ years, a Reiki Master, and a woman who has lived through chronic illness, grief, and loss. Art and wellness practices became my lifeline. That’s why I created Gentle 7: to give you simple, doable ways to breathe, release, and feel hope again.
