Today I share something a bit personal. While on my cancer journey, especially during and after chemotherapy, I developed a dry mouth. It was so bad that I would wake myself up from sleep because of my dry mouth. Two things have carried on since my cancer treatments: one, I am unable to eat hot food and two, I continue to have dry mouth.
For the dry mouth, I have tried dry mouth mouthwash but to no avail. Then I cam across Xylimelts! They are perfect for the day and perfect when I sleep
