Today's #WednesdayWins is my LIVE: Art & Soul Creation. This is a time where I lead a creation time and some 'me time.' At first I welcome everybody and introduce some new art material to them. After that, we either do a guided meditation or a reading from a book; I find this is a lovely way to ease into some creation time. And then we begin the creation time; for that I go step-by-step with my instructions.As I mentioned earlier, the time is for relaxation and enjoyment.
