The set is called "Prang;" they sell tempera paint and watercolour sets (the tempera was of good quality as well). I used the Prang watercolour 8-set in school, as well as the brand Yarka 10-set. Both brands had watercolours as labeled as semi-moist. That meant you didn't need a lot of water to get the sets going.
