Hearty Bread
#ThirdDegreeThursday is a question day. Today's question is , "What type of bread do you like?" My favourite bread came from Sweden. It is a Hearty Bread recipe that I got from, my sister-niece, Shauna, while she lived over there. It has yogurt in it, sunflower seeds, gluten free oats, gluten free flour, honey, jam and other bits! I put them in a cupcake form so I know what a serving is, otherwise I'd eat the whole thing!! I love topping it with margarine or butter, and that's it, because I really do enjoy the taste of it. so, what kind of bread do you life?
