Mindset is Everything

Today I'm on a podcast called Mindset is Everything with Michal Miodonski. I will be sharing my story and why I'm so passionate about sharing the healing capabilities of creating Art. I believe there are many women who are looking for a creative outlet to reduce stress in their lives. So it is through my art & wellness classes that I have a dedicated time and space for them to express their creativity and reclaim their joy.
