Happy Tuesday! I hope this finds you well. Today's #TuesdayToolsAndTechniques is continuing with pencil crayon techniques. The technique is blending two similar colours together (i.e. blue into a blue). You would use this technique to show values in a piece of work (i.e. blue into another blue could be used for colouring a blue jean jacket).
