Happy St. Patrick's day!! And, I hope you are wearing green! Years ago, McDonald's used to have St. Patrick's Day green shakes. Do they still offer that?
Today's #FridayFinds is all about a foundation and a concealer. There is a story of me getting this foundation and concealer delivered to me. It starts way back in November when I saw a sale for the Kosas brand on Black Friday. So, I ordered a facial spray, foundation and a concealer. Well, I waited and waited for this to be delivered. At the beginning of January, I emailed them and asked where my package was? They in turn gave me a tracking number. Well, every day I checked and the date of delivery became further and further into the new year. I finally had enough and emailed them again, They said, "It must be lost in transit." they then asked "Do you want to reorder or cancel the order?" I responded, "I want my products!" Well, January passed, then February, then into March!!!! I finally received my package a few days ago!! I was actually stunned! I opened up the delivery and lo and behold, there were the three products I ordered from November!!!! Despite the delivery frustration and fiasco, I really like all three products. I will now order Kosas through Sephora (online or in person).
So what do I think of the product? Well as I said above, and as you assume I like it, because it is being featured on #FridayFinds. The Kosas Revealer Skin-Improving Foundation has an SPF 25 built right into it. It has skincare actives in it, such as, Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide, Peptides, Squalane, Vitamin B5 and more. So, not only is it foundation, but it also strengthens your skin. And like I said, it didn't feel make-upy on my skin; it felt really nice.As for the Kosas Revealer Super-Creamy and Brightening Concealer, it matches the foundation with it being free of mineral oil, talc, silicones, parabans, sulfates and phthalates. the concealer is makeup and skincare, medium coverage, spot treatment, it brightens and is creamy.
Will I order it again? Not from Kosas. And I highly suggest if you live in a rural area, do not order from them; if you live in a city, I am guessing you will be fine....fingers crossed!!🤞 I think your best bet is to order through, or pick up from, Sephora. In a world where everything is delivered the next day, I was not expecting that, but four months, even two months, is ridiculous. So, I've learnt how it works, and so, I'll change where I order from in the future...cause I really liked them!
