Hello. I hope this finds you well. Everthing is settling down for Quattro (the stray we took in). He still like little places to hide, as it gives him comfort and strength. He just had an appointment with the veterinarian. It was a checkup and more. He didn’t have a microchip, which we weren’t surprised. He is a whooping 13 lb 13 oz, a big boy. He isn’t fat, but just a big, solid boy. He is healthy and I am grateful. She thinks he is about two years old based on the tartar built on his teeth. Suheel thinks he is younger as he grew so much in our presence since summer. Either way, I wonder how long he was out there on his own, surviving. Well, all is well now, as he is safe.

ART

SOUL

Many people view essential oils/aromatherapy as an enhancement to their lives psychologically and physically.   5. Rubbing oils onto the skin (Note: check to see if the oil is suitable for skin contact)

 So try out some essential oils to aid you in life. I have loved using aromatherapy to help me when I am stuffed up or wanting to relax; they have been a wonderful addition to my life. Give them a try in yours.
