Last Saturday, at 11:20 am, I got my first 'antiCOVID shot.' To be honest, I did have some concerns about getting the shot; with the main concern being they don't really know the long term effects or side effects of the drug. But then, one needed to take an educated decision, and based on my lung history, and how COVID effects the lungs, I have decided to go ahead with the shot.
So here I am; I'm halfway being fully immunized. And I am thankful. And due to the fact that I am still undergoing cancer treatment, I have been told I could get my next shot close to 5 weeks from now. Who knows? I haven't an appointment yet, but that is what they say.
