FREE Weekly Sessions — Every Saturday at 11:00 AM MST
You Don’t Have to Create Alone.
Every Saturday morning, women just like you gather online to explore a featured art or wellness supply, settle into a guided meditation, create together through a soulful art project, and close with a one-card oracle reading to carry you into the weekend.
No art experience needed. No pressure. Just a warm, welcoming space to breathe, create, and feel — exactly as you are.

"Hi Barbara! I love these changes (new name & logo: 'Make Art. Feel Better.') you've made to our group. The name not only explains what the page is about, but is also an inspirational rallying cry: an affirming pep talk of sorts.
Thank you for putting your heart and soul into our group to encourage, support, and motivate us in whatever it is that brings us here. Love you. What a blesssing you are to me!"

"Hi! I'm new to the group. I recently joined because I feel this is more of a home of selfless individuals who serve humanity across the seas...
Wonderful insight and skills shared Barbara Lynn Burns. In our sponsored schools: download many of your creations so that our students can be enriched too with that unmatched knowledge you share. We appreciate the Meditation session too."

TELLER
There are Saturdays when you wake up exhausted, disconnected, and wondering where the woman you used to be has gone.
I know what that feels like. The quiet weight of grief, burnout, or a life that has slowly stopped feeling like yours.
Art became my way back — not because it fixed everything, but because it gave me a gentle place to breathe, feel, and begin again.
For years I have been holding space for women just like you — guiding them back to themselves, one Saturday morning at a time. I would love to hold space for you too.

1
A Featured Art or Wellness Supply
Each week I introduce a special art or wellness supply to spark your creativity and inspire your practice. You’ll discover new tools and techniques — and you’re always welcome to use whatever you already have at home.
2
A Guided Meditation
We settle in together with a short, nurturing meditation to help you arrive fully — mind, body, and heart. Even just a few quiet minutes together changes everything.
3
A Guided Art Project
I walk you through a simple, soulful art project step by step. No experience needed — just a willingness to play and explore. Use whatever supplies you already have on hand!
4
A One-Card Oracle Reading
We close each session with a single oracle card drawn just for our community — a gentle message and a little soul medicine to carry you into the weekend and the week ahead.
Come as you are. Stay as long as you need.
